Return Conditions
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery/within 3days of delivery. If due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, we will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. However, please note – If a product is returned due to a change in mind , you will be assessed an additional delivery fee to retrieve the product back.
Products eligible for return must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way .
How to Initiate a Return
Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location .
Once returns are received by us and quality checks done & cleared, you shall receive store credit or refund as required by you. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Days for refund and return
Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 3 working days of receiving the merchandise by you.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Provide details about the issue, including photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
